Lords Cricket Test: England Defeated West Indies By An Innings And 114 Runs

England defeated West Indies by an innings and 114 runs in the first cricket test at lords, taking 1-0 lead in the three match series.

On the third day of test, west indies were bowled out for 136 runs in their second innings and lost the match by an innings and 114 runs.

The West Indies team was dismissed for 121 runs in their first innings, with Gus Atkinson taking 7 wickets.

In reply, England bowled out for 371 runs in the first innings. Zak Crawley remained top scorer with 76 runs while Jamie Smith, Joe Root, Ollie Pope and harry brook scored half centuries.

West Indies started the second innings with 250 runs deficit and were bowled out for 136.
