Veteran Actor Talat Hussain laid to rest in Karachi.

His Namaz-e-Janazah was offered at Aisha Masjid, Khayaban-e-Ittehad, Phase 8.

Talat Hussain was one of the pioneer voices of Radio Pakistan and a legendary artists of Pakistan Television and Cinema.

He was born in 1940 in Delhi and his professional career spans over half a century.

Acting President Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, Prime Mnister Shehbaz Sharif, Sindh Governor Kamran Tisuri, and Chief Mnister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah have expressed profound grief and sorrow over his sad demise and prayed for elevation of his ranks in heaven.

They said Talat Hussain's valuable services for fine arts will be remembered for long.
