Indian Farmers March On Delhi Farmers’ March Continued On 13th Day Despite Clashes With Police

Ongoing "Delhi Chalo" march by Indian farmers is advancing towards the capital despite brutalities of security forces.

According to Indian Media, the farmers have announced that multiple seminars related to farmer issues will be held today.

The farmers have called this protest to press the Modi government to accept their demand of legal guarantee of minimum support price for crops, farm loan debt waiver among others.

On the twelfth day the march, Haryana police continued torturing the protesting farmers. The protest resumed after the farmers' leaders rejected the government's offer on the new system.

Indian social media blocks accounts related to farmers' protests.

Various websites claimed that the accounts were blocked under the Indian government's executive orders.

Indian media reported that farmers were injured in failed attempts to break the barricades in Shambu and Khanuri districts.
