Army Chief Visits Police Lines In Islamabad: Condemns Desecration Of Martyrs' Memorials On May 9

General Syed Asim Munir, the Chief Of Army Staff, visited the Police Line in Islamabad on the occasion of Pakistan Martyrs Day. During his visit, he addressed the families of the Police Martyrs, as well as Officers and Jawans of the Islamabad Police.

Expressing his deep sadness and strong condemnation, the Army Chief described the events that took place on May 9 as highly regrettable. He emphasized that the nation will neither forgive nor forget those responsible for desecrating the memorials of the Martyrs and undermining their dignity. He made it clear that such behavior will not be tolerated.

He stressed that nothing can nullify the significance of their selfless acts of bravery and devotion to the nation.
