Info Minister Tweet: Condemns PTI's Involvement In Destruction Of Radio Pakistan

Federal Minister For Information And Broadcasting, Maryam Aurangzeb, took to twitter to share alarming snapshots of crimes committed by members of the PTI party on May 9th.

In her tweet, she emphasized that the unfortunate incident on that day was meticulously planned and the result of brainstorming within the PTI ranks.

A particularly distressing event occurred when miscreants associated with the PTI set fire to the historic Radio Pakistan Peshawar Building.

She said that this building holds immense significance as it serves as a reminder of Pakistan’s independence and the establishment of the country. Radio Pakistan Peshawar, the oldest Radio Station in Pakistan, was established in 1932.

She said that the renowned inventor of wireless waves, Marconi, gifted a Radio to Chief Minister Of Frontier, Abdul Qayyum Khan. Marconi himself traveled from London to install it.

Expressing her dismay, the Information Minister highlighted that individuals fueled by hate and misguided intentions have tarnished the proud history associated with Radio Pakistan Peshawar.

The destruction of this rare heritage is an irreplaceable loss to the nation.

Minister Maryam Aurangzeb asserted that these wrongdoers must be held accountable for their crimes.
