Pakistan reiterated support for Palestine cause and condemned the indiscriminate use of force by Israeli Forces against defenceless Palestinians.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi addressed the emergency meeting of O.I.C. on Israeli aggression via video link.

He emphasized that support to Palestine cause is a defining principle of Pakistan's Foreign Policy.

The Foreign Minister highlighted that the Israeli attack defied all International laws.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said, the tragedy of forced evictions of Palestinians from Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of East Jerusalem is latest manifestation of systematic Israeli effort to change demographic structure in Palestine.

He said, Israeli attempts to silence media through tyranny are unacceptable and called upon muslim ummah to exhibit strong solidarity for people of Palestine.

The Foreign Minister emphasized that we must not fail the Palestinian people at this critical juncture.
