Minister for planning Asad Umar stated that revenue has increased by 17% before Covid-19: Asad Umar says work on Ml-1 project will be started next year while addressing the National Assembly Session.

The National Assembly resumed its session at the Parliament House in Islamabad after two days break.

Asad Umar mentioned that Lockdown is no solution to Covid-19 and that lockdown also damaged economy of many developed countries including USA.

Asad Umar also added that UK Economy has contracted by 20% due to Covid-19 and lockdown resulted in unprecedented damage to Indian Economy as well.

He mentioned that HEC development spending to be doubled in two year while Rs 64 BLN will be spent on Health Sector.
