India On Alert Ahead Of Ayodhya Verdict : Security Forces Conduct Drills Across Country

Police and other Security Forces across India marched in the streets conducting Security Drills ahead of the communally sensitive Ayodhya Verdict by the Supreme Court.

The Central Government has asked all states to remain alert.

The Top Court is expected to announce a verdict before November 17 in the matter of disputed land in Northern Ayodhya TOWN, where the 16th-Century Babri Mosque was demolished by a Hindu Mob in 1992.

Police, in Riot Gears and brandishing Weapons, conducted flag marches across the main streets of Northern Moradabad and Central Indore City, urging people to maintain calm. More such flag marches are expected in several other cities with a history of communal tensions, in the coming weeks.
