Sri Lankan Cricket Board Gives Go Ahead To Pakistan Tour

Sri Lankan cricket board has confirmed that it will go ahead with its tour of Pakistan after getting all clear from their defence ministry.

Sri Lanka cricket secretary Mohan De Silva said the tour is on as per schedule and he along with other office bearers will also be accompanying the team.

De Silva visited Pakistan last month along with a security consultant to check out the arrangements made by the hosts.

During their tour the team will play three One-Day Internationals and three T20 matches.

According to schedule, the three One Day International matches will be played in Karachi from 27th of this month till 2nd of next while the three T20s will be played in Lahore on 5th, 7th and 9th of next month.
