ICC World Cup Warm-up: New Zealand Beat India By 6 Wickets

New Zealand beat India by six wickets in the warm-up match of ICC World Cup 2019 at London.

Earlier, India won the toss and elected to bat.

Batting first India were bowled out for 179 runs in 39.2 overs.

Only five Indian batsman reached double figures. Ravindra Jadeja remained top scorer with 54 runs while Hardik Pandya made 30 runs.

For New Zealand, Trent Boult bagged four while Jimmy Neesham took three wickets.

In reply New Zealand easily achieved the 180-run target for the loss of four wickets in 37.1 overs.

Ross Taylor remained top scorer with 71 runs. He smashed eight boundaries in his 75-ball knock.

Skipper Kane Williamson hit 67 off 87 deliveries. His innings laced with six boundaries and one six.

Martin Guptill made 22 while Henry Nicholls scored unbeaten 15.

In an other match, Australia beat England by 12 runs in the warm-up match of ICC World Cup 2019 at Southampton.
