Kabul Mosque Blast Leaves 3 Dead, 20 Injured

A blast at a Kabul Mosque during killed at least three people including a prominent Afghan religious scholar and injured twenty others.

The bomb at Mosque in the east of the capital appeared to target Mawlawi Raihan, an imam who appeared frequently on religious shows broadcast on local TV.

According to police spokesman, the explosion hit at a time when dozens of people had gathered for prayers. He said the death toll could rise.

Samiullah was a supporter of the afghan government.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
