Olympics Rio Ticketing, Tempers Boil As Ticket Holders Wait For Hours
Many fans excited to see Olympic action in Rio De Janeiro have started their adventure by waiting in a queue in the hollows of a nondescript building.
The most action these Olympic fans have seen thus far is the quiet shuffle of feet as they inch up a creeping line.
Ticket holders said they showed up to the distribution point in Rio's Botafogo Neighbourhood after first registering online.
Most said the initial line was about an hour long. But that queue, it turned out, was just the beginning of their exhausting wait time.
Many people left the premises to get a bite to eat before returning to huddle and wait, many sitting on the floor, and hope for their names to be called.
