2nd Cricket Test : Pakistan Bowled Out For 282, Australia 20/2 At Stumps

Pakistan were bowled out for 282 runs in their first innings against Australia on the opening day of Second Cricket Test in Abu Dhabi.

In reply Australia were 20 for two at Stumps.

Earlier, Pakistan Captain Sarfraz Ahmed won the toss and elected to bat first.

Debutant opener Fakhar Zaman and Sarfraz Ahmed scored 94 runs each as Pakistan were bowled out for 282 runs.

Zaman hit eight Boundaries and a six in his enterprising knock. Zaman was trapped leg-before by leg-spinner Marnus Labuschagne for 94, becoming the fourth Pakistan Batsmen to be dismissed in the 90s on his debut.

Sarfraz Ahmed then holed out to Labuschagne after making 94 runs.

For Australia, Nathan Lyon bagged four while Marnus Labuschagne took three wickets.

In reply Pakistan grabbed two wickets as Australia finished on 20 for 2 at stumps, with Aaron Finch on 13 and Nightwatchman Peter Siddle dismissed off the last ball of the day for four.

Fast bowler Mohammad Abbas had Usman Khawaja caught behind for his 50th Test Wicket in 10 Tests.

Australia trail Pakistan by 262 runs with eight wickets intact.
