Syrian Rebels, Families Begin Leaving Homs In Deal With Govt
The Rebel Fighters and their families began leaving Syrian City of Homs under a deal with the government.
Under the agreement, twelve thousand people will evacuate the city over the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev have discussed the Syrian crisis by Phone after peace talks in Kazakhstan closed without any substantive result.
The talks were attended b y Russia, Turkey, Iran and the Syrian government while the Rebel boycotted them.
The next round of the talks will be held in Astana in May this year.
