Sebastian Vettel claimed the 50th win of his formula one career and reclaimed the lead of world championship when he ended Lewis Hamilton's run of supremacy at the Canadian Grand Prix.

The four-time champion Vettel drove his Ferrari with near flawless aplomb to convert his 54th pole position into a triumphant.

Sebastian Vettel won the race with total time of one hour 28 minutes and 31.377 seconds.

Valtteri Bottas of Finland finished second while max Verstappen of Netherlands remained third.

Vettel's third victory this season lifted him to 121 points ahead of defending champion Hamilton on 120 after seven races.
