India Is Not A Responsible Nuclear State: Ahsan Iqbal

The Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said that India is not a responsible nuclear state and that is why it does not qualify for NSG membership.

Talking to media in Lahore the Interior Minister said that the recent statement by the Indian Army Chief is highly condemnable as it shows the irresponsible mindset of a nuclear state.

Ahsan Iqbal said the recent statements by us president trump and Indian Army Chief are meant to create political pressure on Pakistan which is regrettable.

Talking of recent political changes in Baluchistan cabinet he said that power play in Baluchistan is lamentable, he further said that sabotaging senate elections is not in country's favor.

In a reply to a question he expressed grief over the killing of minor girl Zainab in Kasur but cautioned politicians not to use this heinous incident to gain political mileage.

He said all constitutional institutions should act under their legal mandate.

Talking of CPEC, Ahsan Iqbal said that Pakistan today is far more better than it was in 2013.

He said present government has curbed terrorism and handled the energy crisis. He said Pakistani entrepreneur should be prepared to utilize the cpec opportunities.

He said peace is prerequisite of to attract investment.

He also added that Pakistan is a rising economy today.

He said that it is high time that political parties shun the politics of sit ins and come forward to built better Pakistan.
