Kingsbury Sets Record In Deer Valley
Canadian Mikael Kingsbury and France's Perrine Laffont took top Spots in the Freestyle Skiing Moguls World Cup in Deer Valley.
The win was the 47th of Kingsbury's career making the 25 year-old the all time leader in Mogul Ski wins, which also extended his run of consecutive wins to 12, four short of the 16 win record set by Hannah Kearney.
Kingsbury's score of 87.33 was enough to secure victory and he was joined on the podium by Japan's Sho Endo who scored 84.44 and American Bradley Wilson who scored 82.61.
In the Women's event it was Perrine Laffont who came away victorious with a score of 81.88 and her fourth World Cup win.
Also on the Podium were Americans Jaelin Kauf in second place with a score of 79.57 and Morgan Schild with a score of 78.93.
The second place finish was enough for Kauf to claim the Yellow World Cup Leaders Bib from Australia's Britt Cox who finished seventh.
