Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan Talks To Media
Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan says the present government has put the economy on right track and its benefit will be extended to the masses in the form of relief.
Talking to media persons in Sialkot, she pointed out that the world institutions are also acknowledging the improvement in country's economy.
She said the government is committed to promote small and medium enterprises and ensure ease of doing business.
The Special Assistant said a committee has been constituted by the prime minister to resolve the refund issues of the exporters.
Firdous Ashiq Awan said the people have rejected the politics of opposition parties which is based on vested interests.
She said the rejected elements are spreading speculations to stay relevant in the politics.
Addressing a ceremony at a college in Sialkot, Firdous Ashiq Awan expressed the confidence that the people will see a new and better Pakistan next year.
She also expressed the commitment to fully empower the women to project a soft and progressive image of Pakistan.
Meanwhile in a tweet,Firdous Ashiq Awan said the government is taking every possible step to rid the country of crippling polio virus.
She said we are all united and determined for a healthy Pakistan.
Addressing a function in Lahore this evening, Firdous Ashiq Awan said the aim of progress and prosperity of the country cannot be realised without bringing the women into national mainstream.
She said Mader-e Millat Fatima Jinnah became politically involved with her brother Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and played a major role in Pakistan Movement.
Firdous Ashiq Awan said today minority communities are being targeted on religious grounds in India that claims to be the largest democracy of the world.
She said that history has proved Quaid e Azam's two-nation theory right.
